Why ProReside exists
One place to track what needs doing — around your own home, or across a handful of rental properties — who's doing it, and what it costs, without the complexity built for enterprise property management software.
The problem
Running a household usually means one system for tracking repairs and maintenance (often a whiteboard, a notes app, or nothing at all) and a completely separate one for kids' chores. Neither talks to the other, and neither leaves you with real records when you actually need them — like when something breaks and you're trying to remember when it was last serviced, or when you're filing an insurance claim and need proof it was maintained.
Managing a rental property runs into the same root problem, just with higher stakes: work orders scattered across texts and phone calls, no dated record of what a contractor actually did, and nothing to hand a tenant, an adjuster, or your own records when it counts.
ProReside is built to close that gap either way: a real, dated maintenance history that works the same whether it's the home you live in or a property you rent out — plus chores and rewards for the kids when it's the former.

Where things stand today
ProReside is in an early beta, built one household's worth of feedback at a time. The core experience — work orders, chores, points, rewards, home inventory, and Claim Packets for proving documented maintenance at claim time — already works end-to-end, is free to use, and we intend to keep it that way as ProReside grows. Things are still being polished; if something's rough, telling us is the fastest way to get it fixed.
